What each connection can read

Pryveo asks for the access needed to make the selected user-facing feature work, then gives you a narrower in-product choice of what should actually contribute.

  1. Email forwarding

Forward all new mail or only mail matching a rule to a private address for this space. Pryveo never receives permission to browse, send, edit, or delete your mailbox.

  2. Google Drive

Choose files from My Drive, files shared with you, or Shared Drives using Google’s picker. Pryveo cannot browse anything you do not pick, and automatic shared-folder following is not available yet.

  3. Google Calendar

Choose the calendars whose meetings and milestones should stay in context. Pryveo reads events; it does not create or change them.

  4. Slack

Choose channels from a connected workspace. The current product allows up to two selected channels per workspace.

  5. Notion

Choose pages and databases already shared with the Pryveo integration.

One account can serve different spaces

An account connection and a selected source are not the same thing. Each space gets its own private forwarding address, while selected Drive files, calendars, channels, and pages keep their explicit destination. Sources only appear as active inside the space they teach.

Know what is happening

Each source shows when it was last checked and whether learning is current, in progress, paused by a limit, or needs reconnection. Changes groups related learning into a readable update instead of exposing background jobs.

  1. Learning

The initial import is still turning selected material into memory.

  2. Current

Pryveo checked the source and the useful context is up to date.

  3. Needs attention

The connection, allowance, or source access needs an action. Existing memory remains available unless the product says otherwise.

04

Pause, disconnect, or remove

Pausing stops future checks for that selected place. Disconnecting an account lets you choose whether already learned context remains available or becomes unavailable. Inside a space, you can also correct, forget, export, or delete memory.
