You decide whether Pryveo renews.

The first-use trial lasts two weeks and includes bounded connected-account, source, refresh, import, storage, and managed-compute allowances. When time or an allowance runs out, new cost-bearing work pauses. Your existing context remains available to review, correct, export, or delete.

Pryveo Personal is billed at US $12 each month through Razorpay after you explicitly approve checkout. Your bank or card provider may apply taxes, conversion rates, or fees. The final recurring amount is shown before approval.

You can turn off renewal from Plan & access at any time. Access continues through the paid period and no later renewal is collected. Cancelling does not delete your context; account deletion is a separate choice.

Paid periods are normally non-refundable once they begin, except where law requires otherwise. If you see a duplicate, unauthorised, or technically incorrect charge, contact us within seven days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; banks commonly take 5–10 business days to reflect them.

Email nikhil@pryveo.com with the account email, payment date, amount, and Razorpay payment reference. Never send a full card number, password, or one-time code.
