Supported today

Pryveo currently provides guided MCP connections for Claude Code and Codex. Other MCP clients must be pre-registered before they can use Pryveo; contact support rather than borrowing another client’s identity.

02

The simplest connection

Open Connected agents, choose your AI, and copy the instruction into it. The instruction points the AI to Pryveo’s agent-readable guide. Authentication and approval still happen in your browser.

  1. Start from Pryveo

Choose Claude or Codex on the Connected agents page and copy the prepared instruction.

  2. Let the client open approval

The AI configures the Pryveo MCP endpoint and opens a secure authorization page.

  3. Choose the boundary

Approve only the spaces, read or suggestion abilities, sensitivity, and duration that client needs.

  4. Return to the client

After approval, the AI confirms its connection and can request only the context allowed by that grant.

03

A guide is never permission

Pointing an AI at Pryveo’s Markdown guide does not grant access. The AI never needs your Pryveo password, session cookie, access token, or refresh token. Your browser approval is the source of truth.

04

Review and revoke

Connected agents lists active and past connections, the spaces each connection can use, its abilities, and its expiry. Disconnecting it stops future access without removing your Pryveo memory.
