Trial and personal plan

The trial lasts two weeks and does not require a card. It starts with three connected accounts and twenty chosen places. The Personal plan is currently $12 per month; secure recurring checkout is handled by Razorpay.

Limits protect both sides

Connected accounts, chosen places, refreshes, imported items, stored memory, AI help, and background work have visible allowances. Reaching one pauses the related new cost-bearing work; it does not silently erase existing memory.

Coupons, invitations, and renewal

Enter a coupon before reviewing checkout. An invitation reward is applied only after the invited person’s first eligible paid month; refunds or disputes can reverse unearned rewards. You can turn off renewal from Plan & access and retain access through the paid period shown there.

When something needs attention

Pryveo keeps recovery close to the affected journey so you know what remains safe.

1. A source stopped updating

   Open Sources in the affected space. Reconnect an expired account, resume a paused source, or review the allowance named there.

2. An answer is missing context

   Check the question’s space or focus, then inspect Sources and Changes to confirm the relevant place is current.

3. Checkout did not finish

   Return to Plan & access. Your existing entitlement and memory remain unchanged until Pryveo confirms the payment.

4. You need a person

   Email nikhil@pryveo.com with the account email and a description of the journey. Do not send connector tokens, model keys, or passwords.
