Build your first useful memory.
Create a private space, choose the places that matter, and ask a real question once the first useful details arrive.
5 min readThe idea in one minute
Pryveo keeps useful context separate from the AI tools that use it. Your memory lives in spaces. A private space belongs to you; a shared space contains only what its members deliberately put there.
1. Open your account
Sign up with Google or email. A new account can start a two-week trial without adding a card. The plan page always shows the time and allowances that remain before new cost-bearing work pauses.
Use Google or your email address on app.pryveo.com.
- Name the first space
Keep the default private space or create one for a particular part of your work or life.
- Keep boundaries simple
Use another private space when sources should stay separate. Create a shared space only when context genuinely belongs to a group.
2. Choose what can teach Pryveo
Open Sources inside the space you want to build. Connect an account, choose one or more services, and select the exact places that can contribute. The destination shown during selection is where newly learned context will live.
- Keep email current
Create one private Pryveo address, approve it in your mailbox once, and let new mail arrive automatically without mailbox-wide access.
- Choose other places
Pick individual Drive files and calendars, or connect the Slack and Notion places that belong to this goal.
- Watch the first update
Changes tells you whether Pryveo is learning, caught up, or needs your attention.
3. Turn memory into something useful
Memory is the grounded detail Pryveo can carry forward. A focus is a living way to use selected memory—for example, a project status or an ongoing decision. Ask lets you explore that context in continuing conversations.
- Inspect what arrived
Open a memory to see its source and the evidence behind it.
- Shape a focus
Describe what you want to keep track of. You can refine it later without reconnecting or re-importing the source.
- Ask a real question
Use a suggested question or start your own. Pryveo cites what supports the answer and says when the memory is not enough.
